After touring with the Harlem Globetrotters, Josh has settled down as the High School Youth Pastor at E. Free. When he is not at the church building, he enjoys fantasy sports, travelling, mowing the lawn, and spends way too much time watching/playing hockey.

Steve and Sara White
Steve and his wife Sara live in Grand Island with their cat Delilah. Steve is the news guy, reporting for NTV where he gets to practice his countdowns (3…2…1…). Steve loves music and has photographed many of his favorite bands, like Anberlin and Relient K, and his favorite band is U2. Steve and Sara like traveling, watching movies, and cheering for their favorite football teams (Go Vikings!).

Jered & Sheree Stockwell
Jared is married to Sheree and works as a firefighter/paramedic here in Grand Island. Along with backpacking, hiking, camping, working out, and running, he enjoys working with youth and making an positive impact in peoples lives.

Sheree has been married to Jared since 2005.  They have two cats and a dog. Sheree teaches middle schoolers English as Second Language.  She likes working with high school students because she likes the way they think and she likes their energy.  She is grateful for God’s grace and wants others to know about his grace.  In her free time, she likes to cook, read, travel, exercise, camp, hike, and shop.

Peggy is a wife, mother of three, and one of the incredible secretaries at Grand Island Senior High. She loves getting to know high school students, her Wirefox Terrier (Charlie), and spending time with her family vacationing and hiking.

Jacob Thomas
Jacob is married to Rachel Thomas and has a son named Reese who was named after some guy in a band no ones heard of. He works at Rasmussen and Associates – Beavercreek Marketing as a Flash animator in downtown GI. Loves disc golf and quadruple bass drum pedals for rocking out to metal with. Rachel Thomas
Rachel is married to Jacob and has a 1-year old son named Reese. She enjoys reading, watching tv and hanging out with family and friends. She is spot on when it comes winning prizes for knowing completely random information during mindless games. And she won her wedding dress during a NCAA tournament pool at work.

Winnie Poland
Winnie Poland is married to Brian and they have 2 children, Evelyn(3 yrs old) and Will (2).  She currently is a stay at home wife and mom.  Winnie enjoys exercise, anything outdoors, like hiking, biking–enjoying God’s beautiful creation, reading, baking and entertaining, studying God’s Word, Free Moms, and gardening, to name a few!  Winnie decided to help out with Free Life because she wanted to be available to be-friend and be a positive role model for other girls.  She enjoys building relationships and is excited to get to know the girls. Sara is married to David and has three kids:  Luke, Emmie and Jessie. When she is not fighting super villains, she is a substitute teacher for St. Paul Public Schools. She feels called to be directly involved in the lives of high school students and loves hearing what’s going on in their lives. She loves to sing with kids of all ages, paint, decorate her house, and watch just about anything on HGTV.

Having grown up in a broken family, Tina’s rough childhood and high school experiences have led her to a new life in Christ. She feels led to share her experiences and faith with high school students in similar situations to hers. A mother of The Christopher Murphy, she works at Charter Communications and enjoys crafts, nature, movies, connecting, just hanging out. Her favorite thing to do is service work.

We don’t know why, but Chris just shows up to stuff. We’re to passive to say anything to him directly about it. The only thing that anyone really know about him is that he used to live somewhere south of Nebraska and worked on either a goat farm or in a cheese factory.

Liz loves to hangout with friends and super loves to watch movies. She is into this thing called clogging. Even though nobody really knows what that is, she doesn’t really care. Rumor has it she once clogged on top of a Russian mule. When she grows up, she wants to win Oscars and Golden Globes by making and producing awesomely cool and unique movies.

Hannah Moore
Hannah earned her degree in teaching before heading off to South Korea for a year and a half, at which time she was wooed back to the States by her now-husband, Scott “Buffalo!” Moore. She is working as a teacher at home for Shalom and Calvin and one yet-to-be-named. She enjoys reading, being outdoors, and being creative with food, crafts, and home improvement.
