Travel Camp: Canada

Travel Camp is designed to offer high school students a unique experience in Christian camping. Several aspects combine to give it this uniqueness: seeing some of the most beautiful spots in God’s creation, spending 10-11 days interacting together as a group, studying the Bible in an outdoor setting, and sharing in small prayer groups. Travel Camp can offer the highest form of recreational enjoyment and spiritual enrichment.

Calagary (Canada)

Banff National Park (Canada)

Lake Louise (Canada)

Glacier National Park (Montana)

Bozemon Hot Springs (Montana)

Cost: $485

Check the Trip/Activity Scholarship for financial assistance. There will be six $50 scholarships awarded for this trip.

Cost Includes:

T-shirt and everything else except one meal, souvenirs, snacks, and optional extra ativities.

How to sign up:

You must complete the Registration Form (located on the pdf below), detach it, and mail it to Christian Resource Center with a $50 deposit. Only this will secure you a spot; on a first come, first served basis.

Final Payment:

Refistrations and final payment are due July 7, 2012. A $10 late fee will be added if received after July 7. Deposits are non-refundable after June 24, 2012.

Important Meeting:

We will have a Travel Camp 2012 informational meeting at Pleasant View Bible Church in Aurora on Sunday, June 24 at 4pm. It is very important that each camper and at least one parent be there. We will hand out important information that each camper must have.

Travel Requirements:

Please note that all campers 16 and older must have a state issued id (i.e. drivers license) and a copy of your birth certificate (original, photocopy, or certified copy) to travel into Canada. Campers 15 and under need your birth cerificate (original, photocopy, or certified copy). All campers must also have a signed note (provided for you at the informational meeting) with a parental contact information stating that they know you are traveling into Canada.
